Refund policy Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you. We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund. When the free shipping’s products been refund, we will deduct the original shipping and handling from the refund.  We also like to remind you to provide correct shipping address, phone number, and the consignee.  We will not responsible for incorrect address, and the duty you may have to pay.  We are not liable for any lost, stolen or confiscated merchandise by customs and there is no refund on shipping or merchandise.  Return procedures You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps: 1.     Contact us and Provide us with your Order Number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your return . 2.     we will reply promptly with the return address 3.     Your order must be returned, at your own expense, within 7 days of receipt, in unused condition, and with all tags attached. Send the returning items by mail to the return address. 4.     All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns. Exchange policy All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our Return Procedures. We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. The return shipping fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement. Only in case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Refund timeline We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned product. Refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase (however, cash refunds are not available at present, so Direct Deposit order will be refunded by WESTERNUNION or paypal) within a week of receiving your return. It takes up to 3 to 4 weeks for credit card issuer to process your credit back to your account. Refund by telegraphic transfer will take approximately the same amount of time.
